《最佳拍档》第四集讲述纽西兰科学家发明三菱镜可激发人体内的超能力、黑帮欲夺取三菱镜及报告但不成功。King Kong(许冠杰饰)及科学家的女儿Sally将镜带返香港。黑帮跟随他们并掳走光头神探(麦嘉 饰)的妻子贺警司(张艾嘉饰)，最佳拍档誓要远赴纽西兰救贺警司及对付黑帮……
