◎简 介
才华横溢、家境小康的麦克斯，凭着过人的聪明才智终于挤进了贵族学校，初入名校的他却把全部的心思都投注于社团上，击剑社他要掺一脚，戏剧社他是编导，十八般武艺样样精通的他，更成为一「脱拉库」社团的负责人，然而，「社团居中间，功课放两边」的结果，也让他面临即将被退学的威胁。在一个偶然的情况下，麦克斯被才貌双全的女老师克罗丝小姐「煞」到，可是，就在他展开疯狂追求的时候，半路却杀出了程咬金，而且这位情敌还是自己的忘年富商好友贾曼。

幕后制作
编剧的创意相当了不起，由导演和名演员 Owen Wilson 合写的剧本。处处充满针锋相对的机智对白与幽默感，加上角色塑造及演员诠释成功，似乎真有其人在你身边。本片男主角为 Jason Schwartzman（Talia Shire 的儿子）首次电影演出，让人惊喜。老牌喜剧演员比尔莫瑞也有别于以往的精湛演出。
