   《世界》是贾樟柯解禁后拍摄的首部电影，讲述了发生在北京的女舞蹈演员赵小涛与保安队长成太生的情感故事，主题和表现形式都延续了贾樟柯一贯的风格。片中两个角色取用的是演员真名，贾樟柯表示，这是由于他最初的创作灵感就来自于这两个山西老乡的聊天，被他们的故事所启发，于是想用这部作品表现自己对世界的迷茫、蒙昧，取这个名其实是讲自己对这个世界一无所知。该片一部彩色宽银幕杜比数码环绕立体声影片，获得第6届西班牙巴马斯国执电影节最佳影片金伯爵奖和最佳摄影奖。
