   名镇江湖的镇远镖局在一次押骠过程中，被二镖头猴拳宗师——文彪(刘家良饰)意外的发现其弟文豹走私鸦片，文彪大怒并向文豹问罪。原来文豹与总镖头于海洋合谋串通走私，为了铲除异己，文豹不惜手足之情设计陷害亲兄，文彪师父身受重伤，跌入水中，生死不明。
   　　数载，陈村大宅，陈家少爷陈家业因家财富有，终日无所事事。身边有从小一起长大的但比他还年幼却是叔公辈的阿德(吴京饰)，二人感情深厚，虽为侄孙辈，但情如兄弟。他们决心自创〝天下无双猕猴拳〞拳谱，但尚差八式就完成，为寻求突破和高人的指点，二人只好闯入“江湖‘。
   　　路上偶遇小敏(姚瑶饰)。业、德二人被其调皮的猴拳所吸引，一路尾随至住地，这时，一位猴拳高人出乎意料地出现在他们眼前。同时，不料二人却被文豹跟踪，竟给这个宁静的驻地和自己引来了灾难之祸……
   　　他们只得联手拒敌，除了精湛的猴拳以外，原来酒才是他们的制胜法宝……
