魔百和CM201-2怎么刷机？

手里有个2017年的魔百和CM201-2机顶盒，家里已经有机顶盒了想再卧室用。怎么刷机呢？
在论坛上看的方法进ADB都进不去。求教程。1月8号12点最新消息，开机在机顶盒没亮绿灯的时候不停的按节目键和音量-，进去了。
出现新的问题：刷机的时候提示Warning：No file_contextsUpate loader...进入
重启后闪屏，提示用户不存在。

我也看了这个帖子，用他的方法进不去ADB这个里面

14点使用软件里带的cm201-2免拆刷机工具连接机顶盒后。
请输入盒子的ip地址：192.168.1.15
* daemon not running. starting it now on port 5037 *

connected to 192.168.1.15:5555
将含有升级文件的优盘插到盒子上
请按任意键继续. . .
