估计也是，现在没有办法了。只能打售后电话了。
相关软件冻结即可，无需卸载。如果不小心卸载了，可以用 `adb shell cmd package install-existing com.tcl.versionUpdateApp`来恢复（以系统升级为例，adb卸载后各种直接install都会失败，但install-existing成功了）。
老哥试试以上方法，我就是用上面的方法把卸载的系统更新又装回去了。
