cm211-2用HiTool刷出问题，出现了以下的英文

串口已经连接，请给单板上电，若已经上电，请断电后重新上电。
Timeout error.
Failed to send type frame. It may be caused by the following reasons:
1. The board is not powered on or off again;
2. The selected serial port is incorrect;
3. The bootstrap function of the chip OTP is disabled.
Failed to download fastboot!
请问这个是要怎么办呢？？
