华为EC6108v9 4G版变砖求助

华为EC6108v9 4G版的U盘刷了个8G的就变成砖了，TTL进去就成这样了：

找了TTL-hi3798mv100-32bit.zip刷机包，TTL刷机固件 armhf 32-bit 内含全部100机型，HItool刷机提示这个：
Failed to send type frame. It may be caused by the following reasons:
1. The board is not powered on or off again;
2. The selected serial port is incorrect;
3. The bootstrap function of the chip OTP is disabled.
Failed to download fastboot!

论坛求救江湖救急的啊，哪位老大有华为EC6108v9 1G+4G版的线刷包给支援一个啊，谢谢啦！！！！

刷了一个8G的固件，接电视上没反应，绿灯亮，成砖了啊

串口已经连接，请给单板上电，若已经上电，请断电后重新上电。
发送起始帧失败，可能的原因如下：
1.确认工具上所选芯片是否与当前单板一致；
2.确认选择了正确的串口或其他端口；
3.开始烧写或擦除后确保在15秒内重新上电；
4.如果是安全芯片，则需要确认是否需要使用programmer来进行烧写（Conax，Verimatrix高安类型必选）；
5.如果是安全芯片，则需要确认当前镜像是否已经签名且签名正确，注意签名使用的key必须与芯片启动校验的key一致；
下载文件失败！
